Read And Be Lazy
    Chapter Index

There was no suitable place to sleep in the room. After the room was cleaned, Wen Sinian carried him back to the next room, not forgetting to take the remaining paper bags and ointment.

The two rooms were indeed very necessary. Wen Sinian’s movements were very light after placing him on the bed, checking for him, and applying medicine.

His fingertips were rubbed wet, and the person on the bed rubbed his eyes, showing signs of waking up.

Xu Yan still thought he had slept another night and asked, “What time is it…”

Wen Sinian hugged him into his arms, “It’s still early. Sleep a little longer.”

Xu Yan mumbled a couple of words and slept again in his arms.

Wen Sinian gently rubbed his red and swollen lips with his long fingers, smearing the moisture on them.
Seeing his eyelashes lightly closed, sleeping sweetly, his face expressionless yet adorably cute, it melted one’s heart.

Lowering his head, he slowly and meticulously licked his lips clean.

When Xu Yan opened his eyes again, he didn’t even know what day it was since he arrived in the port city, and why was it still pitch black in front of him?

The sensations on his body were more pronounced. He sniffed and got up from the bed by himself.

Wen Sinian was not in the room.

He wanted to go to the bathroom and struggled to get off the bed. His legs seemed not to be his own, so he could only slowly support himself against the wall, moving forward like a snail, taking two steps and resting, then taking two more steps and resting again.

His buttocks seemed to have suffered a great grievance and didn’t want to follow him anymore.

After finally groping his way to the bathroom door, the light in the room suddenly brightened.

Xu Yan leaned against the wall, raised his hand to cover his eyes, and heard footsteps coming towards him.

After smelling a familiar scent, his body was lifted and directly picked up.

Wen Sinian held him with one hand and placed the bag on the nearby table with the other.

“Why did you get up by yourself?”

Xu Yan felt a bit better being held by him. His body seemed to have gotten used to it and automatically snuggled in. His chin just rested on his shoulder, and he asked softly, “Where are you?”

Wen Sinian was about to take something out of the bag. Seeing this, Xu Yan reflexively closed his eyes and refused, “No, no…”

The psychological shadow left by those paper bags was too heavy. He was afraid when he saw Wen Sinian taking things out of the bag.

Wen Sinian smiled and took out a box of mango sticky rice, “I bought you something to eat.”

Xu Yan recognized the logo of the restaurant they had eaten at before. Wen Sinian didn’t know how many he had packed, but he took out more than ten lunch boxes.

“What did you think it was, baby?” Wen Sinian touched his hair and asked with a smile.

Xu Yan silently lay down without speaking. He thought it would be something he hadn’t seen before. Wen Sinian had also tricked him into thinking it was a toy.

Before eating, he heard him say he wanted to go to the bathroom. Wen Sinian indeed helped him without hesitation.

Afterwards, Xu Yan asked to sit and eat by himself. It was much more comfortable with two soft cushions under his buttocks.

He looked at his phone, which was fully charged, and saw the messages sent by Shen Nanli.

They were going to the city center the next day and visiting a photography exhibition. Today, they were going to a slightly farther island by boat and staying overnight on the island before returning the next day.

Xu Yan wanted to cry as he ate.

Shen Nanli and the others could be considered on vacation, while he could only be considered a three-day hotel tour.

Seeing his grievance, Wen Sinian helped him put the peeled crab meat into the plate and asked, “Don’t you want to go to the sea tonight?”

Xu Yan swallowed a big mouthful, “What’s there to see at night?”

Wen Sinian wiped his mouth for him, “There’s a meteor shower forecast for tonight. How about I take you to see the stars at sea?”

Xu Yan’s eyes lit up, and he nodded.

Seeing his little face turn from gloomy to sunny, Wen Sinian knew he was easy to coax, but he didn’t expect him to be so obedient and satisfied with just watching the stars.

It was still afternoon outside, and the sky was not yet dark. Wen Sinian let Xu Yan sleep a little longer to regain his energy, while he opened his computer to deal with some studio work.

Xu Yan lay on the bed, his body tired but unable to sleep.

Wen Sinian heard him tossing and turning, walked to the bedside, lifted the quilt, and fished out a warm and soft body.

“Not sleepy?” Wen Sinian asked, “Then do something else?”

Xu Yan’s thighs twitched twice, pitifully saying, “No… it will break…”

Wen Sinian took off his sleep robe, “It won’t break. I’ll apply medicine for you, husband.”

Xu Yan thought he was serious and was so scared that he shrank into the quilt, but he was still pulled out by someone.

Wen Sinian, however, just took him to the office desk, held him to sit down, and didn’t seem to have any other intentions.

Xu Yan saw him quickly typing on the keyboard, as if adjusting game parameters. He quietly sat on his lap and watched for a while. He didn’t understand and felt bored, so he wanted to get off his lap.

Wen Sinian lifted his leg, and Xu Yan also bumped into his leg.

Almost bumping into his buttocks, he held Wen Sinian’s thigh with his hand, turned his head, and looked at him with a grievous gaze.

Wen Sinian closed the computer, took the bag beside him, took out his computer, and turned it on.

Xu Yan was puzzled, “What are you doing with my computer?”

Wen Sinian was as familiar with his computer as he was with his own, “Homework.”

Xu Yan was confused, “Do you have final exams too? Then why don’t you do it on your computer?”

Wen Sinian opened the software on his computer, straightened up, and his breath fell on the back of his neck.

    “I’m helping you, baby.”

Xu Yan had been tormented by his final exams for a long time. The software that he couldn’t handle well was surprisingly obedient in Wen Sinian’s hands, cutting, rendering, and adjusting, smooth to an incredible extent.

Xu Yan looked at the screen, blinked, and couldn’t help but exclaim, “Amazing.”

Wen Sinian leaned against his back, his chin resting on his shoulder, quickly helping him solve a difficult problem, and asked by the way, “What else do you want to do?”

Xu Yan told him his ideas and pointed to the screen to tell him where else he should make modifications.

Wen Sinian acted as his mechanical hand, a high-end intelligent one, helping him achieve various technical means one by one.

The homework that had been bothering Xu Yan for several days was unexpectedly completed by Wen Sinian in half an hour.

He also helped him finish cutting the uncut video and concluding the unfinished paper.

Xu Yan’s accumulated homework was quickly finished, and the sky had just turned dark.

Wen Sinian helped him turn off the computer and put it back in the bag.

    Everything was done naturally.

Xu Yan looked at him, thinking that Wen Sinian was very fierce and unrestrained when doing that kind of thing, but he was really very good to him.

So he took the initiative to lean over and kissed the corner of his mouth, his eyes sparkling, and sincerely said, “Thank you.”

Wen Sinian smiled, held his cheeks, and deepened the kiss.

Until he felt that if he kissed again, he wouldn’t be able to go out tonight. Wen Sinian let go of him.

After changing clothes, the two went out.

Wen Sinian’s hand had never left Xu Yan’s waist, knowing that he was uncomfortable walking, so he let him lean on himself.

Xu Yan couldn’t pretend to be strong either, and was almost carried by him all the way.

The driver took the two to the pier, and Wen Sinian rented a yacht. A captain took them out to sea.

Xu Yan was very excited. Although he couldn’t see the sea surface at night, as he sailed away from the beach lights, the original appearance of the night sky gradually appeared before his eyes.

He and Wen Sinian lay together on the deck lounge chair. To be precise, he was lying on Wen Sinian, protected by a hard yet soft meat cushion.

The sea breeze blew towards them, and above their heads was the Milky Way like a silk ribbon, with sparkling starlight.

The discomfort all over his body seemed to no longer exist.

He couldn’t see such a night sky and such bright stars in the city.

Wen Sinian held his hand and drew a few diagonal lines in the night sky, connecting several distant starlights together.

“This is Orion,” his hand continued to draw, “Next to it is Taurus, with two more obvious nebulae. Do you see them?”

Xu Yan followed their hands and looked over, happily saying, “I see them!”

He asked again, “Is that very bright one Jupiter?”

“Mmm,” Wen Sinian kissed his cheek, “Baby is so amazing, recognizing it at a glance.”

Xu Yan was praised to the point of not knowing what to do. He didn’t understand much about constellations, but he still recognized Jupiter, the largest and brightest.

“It’s really beautiful, so beautiful. I’ve never seen such a starry sky.”

Xu Yan wanted to say thank you to him again, but thinking that he probably didn’t want to hear this, he just tilted his head and kissed the corner of his mouth, gently and softly rubbing his lips, expressing intimacy in the manner of a small animal.

    Wen Sinian was indeed moved.

The two shared a long kiss under the sea breeze and starry sky.

Until they heard the Chinese captain shout in the cabin, “Meteor shower!”

Xu Yan hurriedly looked up and indeed saw several diamond-like bright lights flashing across the edge of the pitch-black night sky.

    Fleeting and countless.

He hurriedly closed his eyes to make a wish.

Wen Sinian quietly watched him and asked after he opened his eyes, “What did you wish for?”

Xu Yan said, “I can’t say it. If I say it, it won’t come true.”

Wen Sinian said, “Then won’t you listen to what I wished for?”

Xu Yan wanted him not to say it either. Before he could cover his mouth, he heard him lean close to his ear, his voice very low and gentle.

“I wish to be with you forever, baby.”

He didn’t know how many times he had bared his inner thoughts in front of him, “I really like you, really like you.”

Xu Yan looked at him, seeing the starlight reflected in his eyes, his heart soft and sour, filled to the brim.

He said very softly and shyly, “I like you too.”

As soon as the words fell, the person in front of him seemed to be slightly stunned.

Then, a surging tide of heat engulfed him.
